What to Expect
The Clinic Readiness Sprint is a focused, short-term engagement designed to help a single DSMES program assess alignment with the National Standards and prepare for accreditation review with clarity and structure. This sprint is ideal for clinics that are approaching initial accreditation, preparing for renewal, or seeking to strengthen documentation and quality improvement systems before submission. The engagement includes: • A structured readiness assessment aligned with Standards 1–6 • Targeted documentation review (sample participant records) • CQI process alignment discussion • Three live strategy sessions • A written summary outlining prioritized recommendations and next steps
Cancellation Policy
Enrollment in NADR live cohort programs reserves a limited seat in a structured, capacity-based training experience. Because space is intentionally limited, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations 14 or More Days Before Cohort Start Participants may receive a full refund minus a $75 administrative processing fee. Cancellations 7–13 Days Before Cohort Start Participants may receive a 50 percent refund or elect to receive a full credit toward a future NADR cohort within 12 months of the original start date. Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before Cohort Start No refunds will be issued. Participants may request a one-time credit toward a future cohort within 6 months of the original start date. After the Cohort Begins No refunds or credits will be issued once the first live session has been delivered. Transfer of Enrollment Enrollment may be transferred to another participant from the same organization at no additional cost prior to the first session. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing. Program Changes If NADR must cancel or reschedule a cohort, participants may choose to receive a full refund or transfer enrollment to a future cohort at no additional cost. All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the contact email listed on the registration page.
