NADR is committed to expanding access to readiness and implementation support for DSMES programs, particularly those serving rural, underserved, and resource-limited communities. We recognize that cost, staffing capacity, and administrative burden often limit participation in accreditation and professional development efforts.

Many programs are delivering self-management education without the infrastructure, time, or funding needed to pursue or sustain accreditation. Our work is designed to support those programs, whether they are accredited, preparing for accreditation, or focused on building a strong operational foundation first.

Whenever possible, NADR pursues partnerships and funding models that reduce financial barriers. This includes sponsored training access, institutional partnerships, scholarship-based participation, and statewide or regional initiatives that prioritize equity and reach.

Our focus remains on helping programs build durable systems. Clear processes. Organized documentation. Confident teams.

Our Values

NADR is guided by the following values:

✔ Integrity in education and implementation

✔ Respect for professional roles and standards

✔ Commitment to practical, usable solutions

✔ Recognition of quality coordination as leadership

✔ Collaboration across disciplines and organizations
