NADR is committed to expanding access to readiness and implementation training for DSMES programs. We recognize that cost and capacity constraints can limit participation in professional development opportunities.

Whenever possible, we pursue partnerships and funding models that allow clinics to access training at no cost. This includes sponsored access programs, institutional partnerships, and scholarship-based participation models.

Our focus is on reducing barriers to readiness while maintaining content integrity and independence.

Collaboration and Alignment

NADR operates in alignment with existing professional organizations that advance clinical practice, education, and credentialing within DSMES. We view our role as complementary and supportive.

By focusing on implementation and systems, we help extend the impact of established standards and professional competencies into everyday practice. Our work strengthens the operational foundation that allows DSMES programs to thrive.

Our Values

NADR is guided by the following values:

✔ Integrity in education and implementation

✔ Respect for professional roles and standards

✔ Commitment to practical, usable solutions

✔ Recognition of quality coordination as leadership

✔ Collaboration across disciplines and organizations
