Credential Verification

The National Alliance for DSMES Readiness™ maintains official records of all issued NADR™ credentials.

 

To verify a credential, please submit the credential ID exactly as it appears on the certificate along with the credential holder’s full name.

 

All verification requests are reviewed against official issuance records. Confirmation of credential status will be provided within 1 to 2 business days.

 

NADR™ credentials verify completion of structured training in DSMES program oversight, documentation standards, and quality infrastructure development. This credential does not replace professional licensure or national certification.
